UV Drinking Water Filtration Purifier System 3 Stage Filter & Sterilize USA Made

The system was very easy to install. Water coming out of the system was very good. I found the only problem with the system was that the UV light stayed on all the time. Which to me would seem not only a waste of electricity plus would cause the light to burn out sooner. The previous system I had,the light would only come on when you opened the faucet for water.

I'm on city water and I cant' really trust them to make sure my drinking water is safe. Rather than using chemicals, I bought this filtration system because it had a UV light on it. I'm very happy with my water and knowing that it's safe for me and my pets.

We harvest rainwater to use for just about everything. I have our storage tank set up to feed into our sediment and carbon block filter in the garage so we can use that water for showers, washing clothes, dishes, but not for drinking. The water comes out clean, but I told my family to not drink it. That's when I got the U200UV and see it up in our kitchen for drinking and cooking. The UV light gives me peace of mind that our water will be safe to drink. The carbon filters improves the smell and taste. So it's a win win for us! Basically I haven't had to pay a water bill in ages since we've started harvesting the rain.
I highly recommend this system if you harvest rain water.

I have a well at my cabin. the water has a high organic sediment load. I had used the water just for washing and not drinking. I put a 40 micron spin down filter directly after the pressure tank and a 20 micron pleated filter right after that. Water was cleaner but not potable. Incoming water tested positive for coliforms as expected. Pressure was fine. . I installed the U200UV under the sink. Came with all the hook ups. Nice faucet. Stage 1 is 5 micron, then through the UV chamber to sterilize, then through the 0.5 micron carbon block. Great system!!! I did have minor leaks at the assembled part where uv chamber is ( I tefloned these connectors and fixed the leaks). Tested negative for coliforms and very clean pure great tasting water!!!! Note: TDS rose from 11 to 25 from passing through carbon block. Newer carbon blocks will shed minerals initially. People seem to think that any TDS is bad. Not always true.
