With our internal order processing happening in as little as 15 minutes from the time your place your order!
Details of our Order Policy are listed below.
- Order Modifications:
- Modifications to orders must occur within 15 minutes from placement of your order. Requests for order modification after 15 minutes may not be possible. In the event that an order modification is requested after 15 minutes of the order being placed, a new order can be placed with the modifications and the existing order can be cancelled.
- Order Comments:
- Custom order comments that are requested to be printed on the packing slips are not available. Order comments are for the purpose of our in-house team to be alerted for special items, requests, and additional details that are only visible to iFilters.com team members. Order comments will not be printed on the packing slip that accompanies your order shipment.
- Order Cancellations:
- Order cancellation requests cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of the order being placed in certain circumstances. Please reach out to a team member via phone, chat, or email if an order cancellation request is needed.
