Does reverse osmosis filtration reduce fluoride in drinking water?
Reverse osmosis systems are widely considered one of the most effective home methods for reducing fluoride. The membrane is small enough to separate fluoride ions along with many other dissolved contaminants. Standard carbon or pitcher filters do not remove fluoride effectively on their own.
Is fluoride in tap water harmful to children?
