Beginning of June, I ordered these filters when I friendly got them a week later I realized they were the wrong ones.
I called your service department, They sent me the correct ones. And was told when I got my receipt, I would have a return label attached to it.

I had to call back. I forgot to take myself off of automatic delivery. I was told I would have to pay the return, Which was $20.50 through the US post office.

So because I had to pay $20.50 to return this when I was told I’d get a return label I will no longer be ordering from you.
Once I get the replacement ones that are correct for my unit, I am done doing business with you
