Hydronix SPC series 2.5" x 10" 10 micron polyester pleated cartridges are manufactured from durable polyester to provide you with a superior pleated Filter that is washable, reusable and durable. The SPC series pleated filters are chemical resistant, have a great dirt holding capacity and extend the time between Filter changes. Hydronix SPC series polyester pleated cartridges are suitable for a variety of uses and can be used in residential, commercial and industrial applications. The polyester media is pleated around a polypropylene core for added strength and the ends are immersed in a Thermos setting vinyl plastisol. Embedding and sealing each end of the Pleat in this fashion fuses the three components together forming a unified end cap and gasket.

Incredible price!

This filter is priced so well! I told my friends about it and hopefully they ordered some. Other than the price, this filter does a great job in keeping sediment out of our pipes.

Cheap Chuck
Great value!

I'm cheap, and that means I'll buy a few of these filters, and rotate them through out the year. If one gets clogged with sediment, I take it out, wash it up, and store it. Then I'll place a fresh filter inside. I rotate each filter every few weeks. So that means if filter 1 gets clogged, I take it out, wash it, then store it. I put in filter 2. Then when that gets clogged, I take it out, wash it, store it, then put in filter 3. By the time filter 4 gets dirty, I have filter one clean and ready to go. So this gets rotated every few weeks and it works well for me. I'd rather do that than keep having to buy new ones. Besides, you can get a few washes on each filter before it's rendered useless.

The price is so low that I buy 10 at a time!

Our water is full of sediment. We live in a rural area, so I buy 10 of these at a time because UPS doesn't come out to our place. That way I have these in stock if I need to replace them. I love how it's washable, saves me money and it's super satisfying to watch all that crud wash off.
